Reboot Hope’s major service is helping future leaders step into their greatness through educational enrichment, exposure, and counseling. Reboot Hope will work to increase career opportunities in the cybersecurity field for underserved individuals who have dealt with and/or dealing with struggles due to trauma, and adverse experiences.

A one-of-a-kind comprehensive academic and career training experience with a unique focus on mental health empowers future leaders by guiding them through remarkable transformations and self-actualization.

EQUINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY

Reboot Hope is part of the international EAGALA network and ARCH (Arenas fot Change).

EAGALA is equine- assisted services and personal development program. The program uses a team approach that is comprised of licensed/registered mental health professionals, qualified equine specialists, and horses, working collaboratively with the clients. 

The mental health programming includes recurring sessions and workshop with mental health professionals who shares tips and strategies on a variety of mental and emotional topics. Some examples include mindfulness, coping strategies, overcoming anxiety, internal dialogue, and self-care. 

ARCH (Arenas for Change): Applied in environments with horses, animals, and nature, in arenas, offices, or online, ARCH facilitation impacts lives in meaningful ways in all areas including Education, Coaching,  Mental Health, and  Organization Development

Riding Lessons

“Hanging with the Horses”

Spend time with our magnificent horses, and “just be” with them.  Activities are non-riding and include brushing and grooming all the while interacting with the horses.

Reboot Careers

A combination of Education and enhanced self-awareness leads to effective and long – lasting transformation

Having a sustainable career is vital for economic stability in people and communities.

Individuals work with Reboot Staff and education specialists to complete training in IT and Cyber Security enabling them to embark on a new journey within this sector. All teaching is certified, industry-standard learning, delivered in a full day, classroom setting.

The instructors not only teach, but provide support, and guidance in career paths.  In addition to this, Leadership and life skills support and training.

This program will also include career fairs, resume workshops, career shadowing and rotation, and professional seminars and networking events led by industry professionals who volunteer their time to speak and engage with participants. 

Foundational IT and Cyber Security Training includes: 

  • CompTIA A+ w/o Exam 
  • Network + w/o Exam 
  • Introduction to Command Line 
  • Windows PowerShell 
  • MCSA Server 2016 
  • CompTIA Linux + w/out exam 
  • Introduction to Programming 
  • Python Programming 
  • CompTIA Security + w/exam

Reboot Targeted Programs

OUR programs

VETERAN’S TRAINING PROGRAM

Duration: 6-8 weeks

Training: Based on the CompTIA training program of A+/Network+/Security+

Certification: Security + certification, along with their military background would be DoD 8570/8140-Approved, therefore feasible for hire into the Cyber-Security industry within the greater San Antonio area.

Therapy: Several Eagala sessions during the program

Additional: Leadership and soft skills.  Job interview with a prospective employer.

LEADERSHIP PROGRAM IN COLLABORATION WITH EMPLOYERS

Duration: 6-8 weeks

Equine Assisted Learning: Session focussing on Leadership Skills.

Additional: Leadership and soft skills.  Professional Development Review meeting with an existing employer.

WOMEN’S TRAINING PROGRAM

Duration: 10-12 weeks

Training: IT Fundamentals, system administration, network administration.  Certification: Security + and/or Microsoft certification

Therapy: The Eagala sessions are a large part of their development program

Additional: Leadership and soft skills.  Job interview with a prospective employer.
