WHO WE ARE

Reboot Hope is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mentorship, mental health support, and educational enrichment for adults and youth in Texas.

Our unique approach offers a comprehensive academic and IT/Security career training experience, integrating mental health development. As part of our program, we incorporate equine-assisted services to enhance overall well-being and personal growth.

The goal is to provide programs that empower and uplift people to higher standards and develop lifelong skills, while creating positive change in career sustainability.

Core Competencies

Helping Veterans Build Stronger Minds, Safer Communities, and Secure Careers

The Veterans’ Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Course for Counterterrorism is designed to train individuals with firsthand exposure to extremist networks, equipping them with the intelligence skills to identify, track, and analyze terrorist threats. This program combines lived experience, OSINT methodologies, and structured intelligence training to strengthen counterterrorism efforts across law enforcement, military intelligence, and cybersecurity.

Equine Assisted Services Retreat:

Students will complete 24 total hours of retreat sessions focusing on connection, communication, and trauma with horses; 16 hours before classroom. Activities are non-riding and include brushing and grooming all the while interacting with the horses. One-8 hour retreat will be given during the capstone.

Basic Intelligence Course

Delivers structured intelligence training covering digital networks, social media, and intelligence operations. This intensive program is conducted on-site over four weeks.

Advanced Course

This intensive, on-site program, which runs for four weeks, equips participants with the skills and tools to identify, track, and disrupt terrorist networks, recruitment strategies, and propaganda campaigns

MISSION

Reboot Hope’s mission is to meet the needs of individuals within society who are held back from achieving their potential, moving on from trauma, and establishing a stable work and life situation; and organizations that need skilled IT and Cyber Security workforce.

Reboot Hope’s vision is to open the door to a new life through education and self- awareness. Our strategic programs are built through tried and tested models of professional skills training and certified therapy in order to make significant and long-lasting change.

To ensure proper readiness and opportunities are present for all people, Reboot Hope was founded. When people are supported, have mentors, and can partake in resource opportunities, they have far greater success in achieving positive outcomes. Positive social connections, mentors, and enrichment activities have all been shown to enhance outcomes.

Horses for Mental Health Partner

In 2024:

  • 93% of Veterans reported improved mental health and overall well-being.

  • 99% of participants said their interaction with horses had a positive impact on their experience.

  • Significant improvements were measured in psychological well-being, personal growth, and sense of purpose.
